Terms and Conditions

1. The draw is open to adults resident in Malaga.

2. To enter, participants must follow Axarfusion on Instagram and Facebook and tag a friend in the giveaway post.

3. The giveaway will take place from 3/2 to 15/2. 

4. One winner will be chosen at random and announced in the raffle post.

5. The prize includes one night’s accommodation for two people at the hotel B Bou La Viñuela and a spa treatment. 

6. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to other persons.

7. Axarfusion reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.

8. By entering, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the prize draw.

9. Once you receive the gift voucher for a hotel night plus spa, you must contact the hotel in order to make the reservation. To be redeemed during the month of February.

11. The winner must provide a valid date for their stay, according to the hotel’s availability.

12. If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.

13. Participation in the prize draw implies acceptance of the conditions of the prize draw and authorisation for Axarfusion to share the name and image of the winner on its social networks.

14. Axarfusion employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the draw.
